The night is drawing to an end
we are all drunk again
why do we do it?
That's simple
most people will say 
"because we can!" or "because its fun!"
but really we drink to give our lives purpose
that's right
When you are sober
	working your job you hate
When you are sitting at home alone
	watching TV
when you are at your family reunion
	among the crowd
all you think about is getting drunk next weekend!
Our lives suck
Society puts you in a empty hole
then throws in minimum wage to get you to dig
What else is there to look forward to?
While drinking you are free
	talking to friends
		meeting new people
			pursuing the opposite sex
you are doing every natural instinct known to man
the sad thing is
	it has to come out of a bottle
but you know what?
If that's what it takes
	if that's how far down society has dragged us
		if happy moments are so few and far between
then so be it
That's why I'm drunk
that's why you get drunk
that's why drinking is the only reason our lives continue
