![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() DREAMCAST What do you see? What do you think about? When you're off in never never land. Our dreams are a gateway into the subconscious. What we don't think about when we're awake, our mind conjures when we're asleep. Are our dreams a dim forecast for tomorrow? Scientists are still intrigued by the realm that we call our mind. Fortunetellers believe they can unlock the secrets of the past and predict the future through a person's mind. You make up your own mind on the subject. Everybody has their own opinion on what their dreams mean to themselves and to others. Are your dreams a reflection of your truest desires or how about your darkest fears? How about for the people who believe their dreams come true. Could this be a gift for society? Or could it be a curse for the individual? Many people have reoccurring dreams. What do they mean? If every time you sleep you dream that you're falling a great distance and every time you dream it you wake up before you hit the ground. Does it mean that if you hit the ground before you wake up your mind will think your dead? And you will never awake from your dream or in this case your nightmare. It's a scary thought that you could die in your sleep not from a heart attack or anything like that but because your mind was manipulated and deceived into a mistrust of which reality was the correct one. I myself had never had the kind of dreams that could be interpreted into a blueprint for a future event, until November of 99. When I was in High school a classmate of mine drowned. He wasn't a close friend of mine but I still felt his loss. Over time you move pass tragedy and then in November of 99 I dreamt about him. It was a strange dream to say the least. There was no talking, no sound, just he and I with faceless people walking around us. He just stared at me for the whole duration of the dream. I woke up in a cold sweat. Two days later a girl I knew died in a car crash. I got to thinking afterwards was my dream trying to tell me something. It seems like something out of the X Files or Outer Limits. But that was it. I don't know what it meant, chances are I will never know what it meant, perhaps it was just a weird coincident. Things like this happen to many people everytime they close their eyes. Does it mean anything? No one really knows. So the next time you dream, ask yourself what it is your mind is telling you? -HuDson |
